terms of service
Pay up will only be done through PAYPAL.
Product will be delivered digitally.
Seller will not be responsible for loss of product once it has been delivered.
Customer has right to three complete revisions in the sketching phase.
Customer has right to reasonable amounts of minor edits after completion (I.E eyecolour change)
Customer can ask for a refund on orders with no progress for 2 to 3 months, or when work has not been completed within the deadline.
Customer is required to contact the seller in a fast and responsive manner.
Products cannot be used for commercial use without my permission.
Seller can cancel and refund any order at any time, unless commission is being finalized.
GENERAL.
By purchasing my services (commissioning artworks from me), you automatically agree to the following conditions.
💜 Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to my terms. If you are not comfortable with the upcoming TOS (Terms Of Service) and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.
💜 I do not allow my art to be used in any blockchain-related technology, including but not limited to NFTs, AI, or cryptocurrency.
💜 I will not accept nor start any commissions without references ( such as art done by yourself / others , photos , pose references , text descriptions , picrews, etc. )
💜 I have every right to refuse drawing/graphics commissions that isn't within my art skills or it's simply uncomfortable for me to draw/make.PAYMENTS.
💜 I only accept FULL PAYMENT FIRST! I will not accept partial payment for personal reasons.
💜 After full payment, I will proceed to send a rough sketch / graphic on how the commission will look & you are free to ask for revises if you want it to look a certain way FOR FREE. ( as it won't be later down the line )
💜 If you wish to cancel commission-ing me, please LET ME KNOW AND BEFORE fully paying.COMMUNICATION.
💜 IT IS A MUST TO PROVIDE the necessary information for us to communicate, especially discord, as I will need it to further or communication on the commission!

💜 If asked to make minor changes during/after finalizing your commission, I will do my best to make adjustments.
💜 Major changes will cost you to pay extra & fully redoing is considered a new commission, therefore you are fully liable to charge as the original price, again.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY.
💜 I do take my time with my commission work ( taking a whole singular month or two , depending on the commission type requested ; the best estimate is 2-3 weeks ) to be at its absolute finest work of art. however should you have a specific deadline, please apply it in my request form.
💜 I will send necessary updates via showing progress thus far, unless I state otherwise ( irl business to take care of / emergency, got sick, etc )! Otherwise, it is more than encouraged to ask for progress, as well.
💜 If I have trouble finishing your commission for personal and / or whatever reason , I will notify you and refund your money 100%, HOWEVER, do keep in mind I WILL NOT if I am nearing and / or in the final stages of your commission.✅WILL DO'S
